Heavy clashes between ISIS militants and Iraqi forces in Samarra

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, an informed source in Salahuddin province stated, that heavy clashes are currently occurring between ISIS militants and Iraqi security forces in Samarra.

The source said “The ongoing clashes between Iraqi forces and ISIS militant moved to west of Samarra after Iraqi forces made a tactical withdraw to Hawish area.”

Noteworthy, Salahuddin witnesses clashes between ISIS and Iraqi forces almost every day during the ongoing military operations by Iraqi Army troops centered in Tikrit to liberate the province.
