IED explodes in northern Tikrit [06/29/2013]

Salah-il-Din ( An Improvised Explosive Device exploded in Sdira village of northern Salah-il-Din province on Saturday.

Security source stated to “The explosion targeted a vehicle of Sahwa elements,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing Sahwa element and injuring three others including a civilian and caused material damages to the vehicle.”

“A security force hurried to the explosion area and transferred the injured to the hospital for treatment and the dead to the morgue,” the source concluded.
