IED explodes targeting pilgrims in Samarra

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device went off targeting pilgrims of holy shrines in Samarra city of southern Tikrit on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The IED exploded targeted a bus of pilgrims heading from Baghdad towards the holy shrines in Samarra city.”

“The explosion did not result in casualties but material damages,” the source concluded.
