IFPs killed, injured in central Ramadi

Anbar (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi Federal Policemen were killed and injured due to clashes with gunmen in central Ramadi of Anbar province on Sunday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Unidentified gunmen launched an armed attack against al-Humaira checkpoint in central Ramadi killing two IFP and injuring another in addition to setting the fire in two military vehicles.”

“A security force hurried to the clash area and blocked the leading roads and sent the injured to the hospital as well as the dead to the morgue,” the source concluded.
