IP injured in Tikrit

Salah il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi Policeman was injured on Sunday due to an Improvised Explosive Device in central Tikrit associated with Salah il-Din province.

Security source told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “An IED that was emplaced near the old Post building in central Tikrit exploded, resulted in wounding a policeman.”

“A security force rushed to the explosion spot, then transported the injured policeman to a hospital for treatment,” the source added.
