2 IPs killed southern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Two Iraqi Policemen were killed due to explosion of an Adhesive Explosive Device in Balad district of southern Tikrit City, the center of Salah-il-Din province.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday “An AED was attached to a vehicle, that belongs to two brothers who work as policemen, exploded in Balad district of southern Tikrit on Monday,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing the two brothers and burning the vehicle.”

“Security forces cordoned off the explosion area and transported the dead bodies to the morgue,” the source concluded.
