Iraqi Air Force destructs tank and booby-trapped vehicles south of Fallujah

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The commander of Anbar Operations Major General Ismail al-Mahalawi announced on Sunday, that two vehicles and a tank were destructed by an Iraqi air strike south of Fallujah.

Mahalawi said in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Today, Iraqi Air Force bombarded ISIS headquarters in Albu Hussein area north of Amiriya vicinity,” pointing out that, “The shelling destructed a tank, a booby-trapped Hummer vehicle and a vehicle carrying a machine gun.”

“The shelling also resulted in the killing of all the ISIS members who were inside the vehicles,” Mahalawi added.
