(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The Security Committee in Khalidiya Council in Anbar province announced on Sunday the participation of Iraqi F16 fighter jets for the first time in bombing ISIS gatherings in Ramadi (110 km west of Baghdad), asserting that the strikes hit their targets accurately and killed dozens of members of the organization.

Committee Chairman Ibrahim Fahdawi said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The Iraqi F16 fighter jets have participated, today, for the first time in the bombing of ISIS gatherings in Ramadi,” noting that “the Iraqi fighter jets have achieved their objectives with high accuracy and destroyed the strongholds of the terrorist organization, as well as killin dozens of ISIS elements and bombing vehicles that had been used in attacks against the security forces. “
