Iraqi fighter jets destroy 16 ISIS tanks west of Anbar

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A security source in Anbar province announced on Friday, that Iraqi fighter jets have destroyed 16 tanks belonging to the ISIS west of the province.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “Iraqi Air Force, relying on intelligence information, conducted an air strike that resulted in the destruction of 16 ISIS tanks in a valley northeast of Rahhaliyah area west of Anbar,” adding that, “ISIS had intended to do the smuggling of oil products through these tanks.”
