Iraqi forces intensify their artillery fire on ISIS in Salahuddin

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Saturday, a security source in Salahuddin province said, that the Iraqi security forces have intensified their artillery fire on ISIS sites in the province.

The source informed IraqiNews, “Iraqi forces have fired artillery against sites for the ISIS group elements in the areas of al-Dur, al-Allam and Albu Ajil, located near Tikrit” noting that, “The intensive strikes have inflicted big losses in lives upon the ISIS group ranks.”

“One of the shells had mistakenly fallen on a house in the residential area of al-Ajil district causing the death of four Iraqi civilians including two women,” The source added.
