Iraqi forces liberate village from ISIS control

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad- Iraqi Defense Minister Khalid al-Obeidi informed on Tuesday that in its quest to reclaim Mosul, the last bastion of ISIS, the Iraqi forces were successful in liberating a village from ISIS control.
“The Iraqi forces on Tuesday were successful in liberating a village from ISIS control and it also successfully linked up along the Tigris river with army units who are marching forward,” Obeidi informed.
