28 ISIL elements killed northern Tikrit [12/11/2014]

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Army forces bombarded with artillery and mortar shells Beiji village of northern Tikrit city which is controlled by the ISIL terrorists.

Security source told IraqiNews.com “The bombardment resulted in killing 28 terrorists of the Islamic State among them leaders of the organization on Thursday,” noting that “The IA forces controlled more than half of the village.”

The source who talked on condition of anonymity clarified to IraqiNews.com “A force from the IA composed of more than 100 military vehicles arrived on Thursday evening to Beiji district to support the security forces in the district.” /End/
