ISIS executes 5 army members south of Mosul

(IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, a local source in Nineveh province said that the ISIS organization executed five army associate members, including two officers south of Mosul.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “Today, ISIS executed five army members, including two army colonels in the Ghazlani camp south of Mosul.”

The source, who requested anonymity, added, “The dead army members were abducted from their homes in the center of the city earlier this month.”

Noteworthy, ISIS—which has been controlling Mosul since June 10, 2014—tends to execute anyone who does not believe in its ideas as an effective way to intimidate all residents in areas under its control.
