ISIS executes 7 people, including police elements, northern Ramadi

Al-Anbar (IraqiNews.com) A security source in Anbar province announced on Friday, that ISIS organization militants have executed seven people, including elements of the police, north of Ramadi.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “Militants of the terrorist ISIS organization executed today seven people, including members of the local police, after abducting them during clashes northern of the city of Ramadi.”

The source, who requested anonymity, added, “The ISIS elements put these people in a square in front of a gathering of people in Tawi area north of Ramadi, and shot them in the head and chest areas, which led to their death.”

  1. Saddam Hussein’s former military officers run ISIS, using fighters from across the globe to fight its local political battles that have nothing to do with Jihad. Not all ex-Baathist are with ISIS, and the central government should reach out to them.
