(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Tuesday the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Anbar province Faleh al-Issawi revealed, that ISIS foreign leaders fled from Fallujah, pointing out that Fallujah has become in isolation from Anbar and that ISIS morale is broken.

Issawi said at a news conference in Anbar attended by IraqiNews.com: “Fallujah has become besieged fully and in isolation from Anbar; all supply lines to it have been cut off.”

Al-Issawiadded : “all ISIS foreign leaders fled from Fallujah,” noting that, “ISIS local leaders have began contacts demanding amnesty.”

Al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia announced earlier the liberation of Tahouna village on the outskirts of the city of Fallujah.
