(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – Russian news agency “Sputnik” published mysterious documents released by the so-called Diwan al-Jund (Soldiers Office) of the Islamic state group, preventing the group’s members from attacking any aircraft in Mosul.

The agency said that the documents were hanging on the walls of Diwan al-Jund headquarters in the city of Baghdida in Hamdaniyah district, southeast of Mosul, which was liberated in October.

The documents that included only two articles state, “It is strictly forbidden to hit any flying aircraft, no matter how high it is, even if it landed on roofs of buildings,” adding that, “By orders of Sheikh Abu Safiyah all members should do a lot of prayer, dua’a and dhikr.”

The US-led international coalition air force is attacking the headquarters of the Islamic State group in Nineveh, to secure the advance of Iraqi security forces toward the center of the city.
