(IraqiNews.com) Iraq’s Human Rights Commission announced that the ISIS has recruited between 500 and 800 Iraqi children in its “terrorist operations”.

The commission member, Masrour Aswad, said in a press statement: “the statistics that we received from witnesses, and through our meeting with displaced people from the provinces dominated by ISIS, indicate that the number of the recruited children ranges between 500 to 800 children.”

He noted that the ages of the children range from nine to 18 years, belonging to the provinces of Mosul , Kirkuk, Salah al-Din (North), Diyala (east) and Anbar (west).”
