Islamic State attack kills 4 Shia militants near Mosul

Nineveh ( An Officer in Nineveh Operations Command declared on Monday, that four members of al-Hashd al-Shaabi were killed by an attack launched by the Islamic State, west of Mosul.

Captain Amir Wathiq said in a press statement, “Four Shia members were killed in an attack launched by the Islamic State on Abu Senam village, in the axis of Tal Afar district.”

“The extremist group attacked Tal Afar Airport with mortar shells, as well as destroying two vehicles belonging to al-Hashd al-Shaabi in the main road of the airport,” Wathiq added.
