Joint forces detain 25 ISIS elements in eastern Tikrit

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, a security source in Salahuddin province said, that an Iraqi joint force has managed to detain 25 elements of the ISIS group in eastern Tikrit.
The source stated to IraqiNews in an interview, “A joint force, consisting of army forces backed by al-Hashed al-Sha’bi fighters have managed to detain 25 elements of the ISIS group in the village of Albu-Ajil, located in eastern Tikrit,” pointing out that, “The security forces were cleansing the area of probable bombs and explosive devices.”
