(IraqiNews.com) Diyala – Diyala Provincial Council announced on Tuesday, that the outcome of Khalis bombing has rised to more than 100 dead and wounded, while called for an investigation into the incident.

The deputy head of the council, Mohammad Jawad al-Hamdani, said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The outcome of yesterday’s bombing in Khalis rose to more than 100 dead and wounded.”

Al-Hamdani called the security forces to “open an urgent investigation to uncover the reasons for this serious breach that led to the killing and wounding of innocent people.”
