Iraqi Army clashes with ISIS near Baiji refinery, kills 14 terrorists says MoD

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – The Ministry of Defense announced Monday, that the army forces managed to kill 14 terrorists during clashes near Baiji’s oil refinery.

The ministry said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “Today, Salahuddin Operations forces killed 14 terrorists that had attempted to attack Baiji’s refinery from Albu Jawary axis,” adding that, “Another force from the same command managed to treat 3 booby-trapped houses and seize an amount of C4 explosive material in the areas of al-Qadesiyah and al-Teen.”
