Mortar shell kills a civilian, wounds 3 others near Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A police source revealed that a civilian was killed and three others were wounded by a mortar shell, in western Baghdad, Alsumaria News reported on Wednesday.
The source said, “A mortar shell fell, today, on one of the houses in Radwaniyah area, in western Baghdad, killing a civilian and wounding three others.”
“Security forces arrived in the area of incident and transferred the wounded to a nearby hospital and the body to the forensic medicine department,” the source added on condition of anonymity.
The capital, Baghdad, in witnessing several attacks using booby-trapped vehicles and explosive vests, in addition to separate attacks against civilians and security members.
