(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – Nineveh Operations Command announced, that the hospitals of Nineveh Province have received more than 500 bodies of ISIS fighters during the military operations taking place south of Mosul.

The commander of Nineveh Liberation Operations, Maj. Gen. Najm al-Jubouri, said in press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Nineveh hospitals received more than 500 bodies of ISIS fighters during the military operations south of the province, especially in Qayyarah,” noting that, “We will resume the military operations when more military troops arrive to sustain the momentum of the military operations, as well as securing the liberated areas.”

Jubouri added, “ISIS left dozens of bodies during the military operations in the liberated areas,” indicating that, “The international coalition aircraft backed the military operations and carried out more than 52 air strikes during the battles.”
