“Nujaba” movement declares full control over Abu Jarad area south of Baiji

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Wednesday, Nujaba movement, one of the factions of al-Hashed al-Shaabi militia, announced its control on Tel Abu Jarad area south of Baiji refinery.
The media office of the movement said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Nujaba militants imposed full control of the Tel Abu Jarad area (5 km south of Baiji refinery).”
“The fighters took control of the region, after the escape of ISIS elements,” the statement read.
