(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A source in the police department informed on Tuesday that gunmen robbed over one billion Iraqi dinars from an exchange company at gunpoint in central Baghdad.

Sharing details the source said, “Gunmen today entered an exchange center and held the owner and others present at gunpoint and robbed 1.25 billion Iraqi dinars. The exchange office is located along the Muhammad al-Qasim highway near Finance Ministry office in central Baghdad. Security forces cordoned off the area and have initiated a probe into it.”
