Peshmerga holds investigation over killing Canadain officier by friendly fire

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The Peshmerga Ministry within Kurdistan Regional Government announced forming an investigating over killing a Canadian officer and injuring three of his colleagues by mistake.

A statement by the Peshmerga Ministry received by IraqiNews.com “The Ministry held the investigation over this accident and informed the Canadian partner to participate in the US-Led Coalition against ISIL.”
