Police commander injured southern Mosul

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Commander of Police Third Battalion was injured on Monday due to An Improvised Explosive Device targeting his patrol to the south of Mosul.

Security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “An IED that was emplaced on a roadside near Kinaitra village associated to Hammam al-Arlil sub-district of southern Mosul exploded wounding Police Third Battalion Commander.”

“Security force rushed to the bombing spot, then transported the injured to a hospital for treatment,” the source added.
