Sahwa elements, gunmen killed in Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Two Sahwa elements and two gunmen were killed in Tikrit city on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Unidentified gunmen clashed with Sahwa elements at their checkpoint in Talkseiba village of eastern Tikrit,” noting that “the clashes resulted in killing two Sahwa elements and two gunmen in addition to injuring a Sahwa element.”

“A security force transferred the dead to the morgue and launch investigation,” the source concluded.
