Security forces control 70% of Baiji refinery areas, says Salahuddin Operations

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – The Headquarters of Operations announced that the security forces and factions of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi militia control 70% of Baiji refinery areas, while ISIS terrorists in control of 30%.

The commander of Salah al-Din Operations Major General Juma Anad said in press statement that, “the security forces control 70% of the refinery; they have been stationing inside and outside the refinery in preparation for its liberation, as well as the surrounding areas, indicating that, “our forces are launching attacks and violent strikes  against the terrorist groups from several axes .”
