Security forces kill most prominent ISIS leader of ‘State of Baghdad’

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The Military Intelligence Service announced Tuesday, that the top ISIS leader of the so-called State of Baghdad was killed in a proactive operation in the province.

The Office of the Military Intelligence Service said in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com “The military intelligence forces, with support from the National Security Agency, had managed to kill the most prominent ISIS leader of the state of (Wilayat) Baghdad,” pointing out that, “The so-called Abu Walid, ISIS leader of the Wilayat, was killed in a proactive military operation.”
