Security forces liberate Anbar Traffic Directorate, reach the center of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The spokesman for the governor of Anbar, Hikmat Sulayman, announced on Tuesday the liberation of the General Traffic Directorate and Zaytoon neighborhood west of Ramadi, pointing out that the security forces have reached the outskirts of the 20th Street downtown.

Sulayman said in an interview for Iraqinews.com, “The security forces were able today to liberate the Traffic Directorate of the province and Zaytoon neighborhood west of Ramadi.”

Sulayman said that “the security forces managed to enter the area of ​​Ta’mim and the Stadium area south of Ramadi, and there are battles taking place in the neighborhoods of the two regions,” adding that, “those forces reached the outskirts of the 20th Street in the center of Ramadi.”
