Security forces search Basateen area for wanted persons and weapons

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) A police source informed that the security forces carried out a search operation in Basateen area, north of Baghdad, and closed all the area’s entrances and exits.
The source said in a statement for Alsumaria News that Iraqi security forces carried out, today, an operation to search for wanted persons and weapons, in Basateen area.
The security forces closed all the entrances and exits of the area, north of Baghdad, the source added.
It is noteworthy that the security forces are carrying frequesnt search operation in different areas of Iraq, to search for wanted persons or hidden weapons.
