(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Saturday, a security source in Baghdad province announced, that the followers of the Sadrist Movement have begun withdrawing from the Green Zone in central Baghdad.

The source reported for IraqiNews.com, “The protesters began, this evening, to withdraw from the Green Zone.”

A security source said, earlier today, that the government authorities announced the formation of security detachments to force the withdrawal of demonstrators from both the House of Representatives and the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

Noteworthy the followers of the Sadrist Movement storme, today, into Baghdad’s Green Zone and entered the parliament building after lawmakers failed to vote on the new ministerial reshuffle.
