(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – A source in Nineveh province announced on Tuesday, that ISIS has arrested more than 100 youths from the city of Mosul (405 km north of Baghdad) on charges of violating ISIS instructions.

The source said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com: “The elements of the so-called (Diwan al-Hisba), one of the ISIS affiliates, made a number of arrests, today, in public areas and markets in the city of Mosul, including more than 100 youths, for violating the organization’s instructions.”

The source, who requested anonymity, added, “The organization also confiscated dozens of national IDs and documents to be reviewed by “Diwan al-Hisba” in order to penalize them,” indicating that, “The sentences of the detainees will range between flogging, fine, and imprisonment.”
