Turkish warplanes bomb Kurdish sites north of Iraq

(IraqiNews.com) The Turkish military announced on Monday bombing camps and weaponry caches belonging to the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) north of Iraq.
The Turkish military said in a brief statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Today, air strikes on 18 targets that were specified, recently, including caches of weapons and shelters, had been destructed north of Iraq.”
This aerial bombardment comes after a car bomb attack that took place in Ankara yesterday on Sunday resulting in the death of at least 37 people.
