Urgent: Askari dismissed, says source

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Reliable source revealed that “The Commanding General of the Iraqi Armed Forces, Haider al-Abadi, issued a decree to dismiss the Media Advisor of the Iraqi Defense Ministry, General Mohammed al-Askari from his post.”

The source told IraqiNews.com “Askari has been transferred to another department within the Defense Ministry.”
