US commanders held first meeting with Nineveh Operations to discuss Nineveh liberation

( Nineveh – A source in Nineveh Operations Command annonced on Monday, that the leaders of the US Army held the first security meeting with the commander of Nineveh Operations to discuss the military operations to liberate the province from ISIS control.

The source said in an interview for, “The commander of Nineveh, Maj. Gen. Najim Abdullah al-Jubouri held, today, the first extended meeting with the leaders of the US army in the district of Makhmour,” noting that “the meeting came to coordinate with Nineveh Operations and the Peshmerga forces.” .

The source, who asked to remain anonymous, added : “The meeting put the final touches of the liberalization of Nineveh”, adding that “the commander of Nineveh Operations explained to the US side the readiness of Iraqi forces for the liberation of Nineveh from ISIS.”

  1. All Iraqi forces need now is courage and willingness to fight ISIS inside the cities of Mosul and Ramadi. Have the Iraqi generals prepared emergency plans in case Iraqi forces again run away from ISIS.
