Wanted individuals arrested in Wasit

Wassit (IraqiNews.com) A security force of Wassit Police Department has arrested 17 wanted individuals according to the Article (4) of Anti-Terrorism law.

The Director General of Wassit Police Department, Hussein Abdul Hadi, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Monday “The security force in cooperation with the Intelligence system in the province has conducted a search-raid operation in al-Aziziya district, resulted in arresting 17 wanted individuals and seizing 60 Kilograms of C-4 explosive material.”

“The detainees were transferred to the specialist sides for investigation,” he concluded.
