(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The US State Department renewed warning US citizens from traveling to Iraq, except in case of necessity, indicating that the situation in Iraq is still threatening.

The US Radio “Sawa” quoted the ministry as saying that: “it does not encourage US citizens to travel to Iraq,” noting that, “The armed groups pose a potential threat to the lives of Americans there.”

The warning – which was released in April – has been renewed today after days of the issuance of the annual report on terrorism in the world by the US State Department.
