(IraqiNews.com)Baghdad – MP for the coalition of state law, Kamil al-Zaidi, called on Thursday the Iraqi government to stop Turkey’s repeated “violations” of Iraqi airspace.

Zaidi said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “Turkey uses double dealing method towards the region’s issues, particularly in Syria and Iraq.”

Zaidi called on the Iraqi government to “stop the repeated violations of Iraqi airspace by Ankara.”

It is noteworthy that the Council of Ministers considered on Tuesday (July 28, 2015), the Turkish bombardment on Iraqi territory, “a serious escalation and an assault on Iraqi sovereignty,” calling on Turkey to respect good neighborly relationship between the two countries.
