3 Iraqis to compete in International Squash Championship

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraq shall send three players to participate in the competitions of the International Squash Professionals Championship, scheduled to take place in Kuwait next December, the Vice-Chairman of the Central Iraqi Squash Federation, Dhia Hussein said on Sunday. “Iraq shall participate in three players in the said Championship, scheduled to take place in Kuwait between 7-14 December next, with the participation of the professional Squash players, who won the international classification by different world states,” Hussein told IraqiNews.com. He said the three players to represent Iraq in the said International Professionals Championship will be Mohammed Farhan, Rasoul Hashem and Hisham Abdul-Karim, under the auspices of the Pakistani Coach, Fiaz Khan,” adding that “three players have been continuing their daily training at the central training center for Squash in Baghdad University in Jadiriya district, in preparation to participate in the International Championship for Professionals.
