Iraq beats Jordan in Western Asia Championship

Baghdad ( The Iraqi National Football Team achieved its first victory within the seventh version of the Western Asia Football Championship currently held in Kuwait on the account of the Jordanian counterpart with the result (1-0).

The Iraqi forward player Humadi Ahmed scored the Iraqi goal at the minute 61 through a pass from his colleague Ahmed Yasin.

The Iraqi team will face the Syrian counterpart on the second match next Thursday.

It is worth to mention that Iraq plays in the third group which comprises teams of Jordan and Syria along to Iraq in this championship.
