Iraqi team for triathlon events in Syria named

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Triathlon Federation named the men and women’s team to play in the 1st Arab tournament to be hosted by neighboring Syria early next month, the federation’s secretary-general said on Monday. “The tournament, to take place on December 1-12, includes three events: 200 meters’ swimming, 10 meters’ shooting and three kilometers’ running,” Amir Abdullah Hassan told IraqiNews.com.
