Natural habitat in Ninewa

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Ninewa‘s Agricultural Department will establish a natural habitat on 500 donums space in Sinjar area to preserve wildlife there. The area is known for its wildlife and natural medical and poisonous plants. In a statement by the Ministry of Agriculture, received by IraqiNews.com, the ministry decided to establish four natural habitats. On the other side, Ministry of Environment announced its intention to establish another four habitats in different parts of Iraq, within the framework of a strategy to preserve natural life and plants.
