4th Iraqi Army Division commander survives assasination in Tikrit

Salah il-Din (Forat) The Commander of the Fourth Division of the Iraqi Army survived an assassination attempt of northern Tikrit.

Security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “A car bomb exploded in Beiji district of northern Tikrit, targeting the patrol of the Commander of the Fourth Division, killing three of his guards and injuring three bystanders without injuring him.”
