Gunmen blow up official building northern Tikrit

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Unidentified gunmen blew up the local council of Siniya district of northern Tikrit.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com Thursday “Unidentified gunmen controlled the building of the local council in Siniya district (40 km) to the north of Tikrit city and detonated the building.”

“The gunmen also kidnapped two policemen and stole five vehicles belong to the council in addition to the weapons and ammunition kept in the council to flee away at the end of the attack,” the source concluded.
