79 Iraqi policemen killed, injured in Shurqat car bombing

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) 79 policemen were killed and injured in a car bombing targeted a police department in northern Tikrit on Monday.

Security stated to IraqiNews.com “The car bombing killed 9 policemen and injured 70 others in Awijiliya area.”

“The security forces blocked the roads the transferred the dead to the morgue and the injured to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
