Urgent – 300 gunmen clash with Iraqi ‘Scorpion’ special security forces in northwestern Babel

Babel (IraqiNews.com) A security source stated to IraqiNews.com “Four among the Iraqi Scorpion Special Security Forces were killed on last Tuesday night in clashes erupted with about 300 gunmen in Jurf al-Sakhar district of northwestern Babel.”

“Six gunmen were killed while some others were injured and 12 among them were arrested in the clashes, the source added, noting that “Some of the killed gunmen are from other Arab nationalities.”

“A curfew imposed in some areas in the district and they were cordoned to arrest the gunmen,” the source concluded.
