 U.S.-led strikes kill 28 ISIS elements in Salahuddin, says Defense Ministry

(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – Iraqi Ministry of Defense announced Thursday, that 28 terrorists have been killed in an aerial bombing by the coalition forces in different areas of Salahuddin.

The ministry said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “Warplanes of the international coalition led by the U.S. carried out air strikes against ISIS sites in different areas of Salahuddin,” noting that, “The air strikes resulted in killing 15 ISIS fighters in Baiji, 3 other militants in Tal-Afar and 4 elements of ISIS in Sharaf al-Adeen area in the district of al-Hawija.”
