20 ISIS members killed and wounded including Chechen nationals in Kirkuk
(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – On Saturday, a security source in Kirkuk province announced that 20 ISIS members, mostly Chechen nationals, have been killed and wounded in a shelling by the international coalition southwest province.
The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The international coalition aircraft bombed, this evening, ISIS sites in Kirkuk and another site in the center of the Military District in Hawija (55 km southwest of Kirkuk).”
The source, who asked anonymity, added: “the bombing resulted in the killing of eight ISIS Chechen elements, in addition to wounding 12 Chechens and Arabs.”
